Ready-made items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom items take longer. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. Used items cannot be returned.
