It’s just the two of us, Jay and Beth, and we have started this journey from scratch. Not our original career paths; we have discovered new insights into our goals and adventures. With a practical awareness of our own needs, we’ve discovered we are not alone in our quest for a healthier lifestyle. And as you can imagine, there’s never a dull moment!
Much of our offerings come from right on our own property, from our wonderful garden and by foraging in our fields and forests. We use everything ourselves and would never offer anything we haven’t used.
Our product line includes so much more than supplements and tinctures. We also have seasonal canned goods, jams, and relishes available locally at the farmers’ markets and retail locations.
